We start with the “Strategy”<\/strong> and finish by identifying the necessary “Projects”<\/strong> for the implementation of this architecture, including change management. In the center, you will find the description of the architecture, encompassing functional (Services)<\/strong>, logical (Operational)<\/strong>, and physical (Personnel & Resources) <\/strong>views. The human aspect (Personnel)<\/strong> holds a central place in this architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This example also aims to demonstrate that this architecture encompasses all the resources of a company. The “Information System” <\/strong>is one of the systems, certainly important, but it is not the only one. There are also \u201cFactories\u201d<\/strong>, \u201cDistribution Centers\u201d<\/strong>, and other systems that contribute to exhibit the \u201cCapabilities<\/strong>‘ in line with the company’s objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aspects of \u201cSecurity\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cStandards”<\/strong> are also essential viewpoints that we address systematically alongside the other domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This example will be progressively developed to become a Template<\/strong> and a demonstration tool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
